Introduction

Hello. My name is Nastja and I am from Estonia. In july 2018 I have found a project which is called “Saving turtles in Mexico” and decided to participate while I have an opportunity. So this is a special camp and it’s main aim is to help turtles to survive. Because of some animals and people who are eating them some species are in danger of extinction and to help them to survive we are patrolling the beach at night in case to find turtles nesting and then to collect their eggs and put in the safe place. Each day we check if there are newborn turtles and if we have few we realise them at night or on sunsets.
